NFL winners and losers -Week 8

Cincinnati Bengals (4-4)  -13       FINAL Cleveland Browns (3-5) - 32

Monday night proved a haunting evening for Joe Burrow.

Burrow threw an interception on the game's opening drive before throwing two late touchdowns as the game got away from the Bengals.

Moving to a more rush-heavy approach has paid dividends for the Browns.

Chris Broussard explains the Cincinnati Bengals will not make the playoffs this season due to problems with the offensive limiting the running and passing game.

Eric Mangini disagrees with Broussard and explains that the Bengals played a bad game against the Browns.  Mangini believes Bengal can qualify for the playoffs if they limit their mistakes.

Burrow, who led the Bengals to the Super Bowl last year, remains winless against the Browns, moving to 0-4 against their fellow Ohio team.
