Packers Week 10 inactives: David Bakhtiari, Ezekiel Elliott out

Tackle David Bakhtiari (knee, questionable) and receiver Amari Rogers (quadriceps, questionable) are out against the Dallas Cowboys.

Packers Week 10 inactives: David Bakhtiari, Ezekiel Elliott out

Earlier in the week, the Green Bay Packers had already removed linebacker De’Vondre Campbell (knee), receiver Romeo Dubs (ankle), cornerback Shamar Jean-Charles (ankle), and cornerback Eric Stokes (knee/knee). Dallas by injury.

Along with the four players listed on Friday, linebacker Chris Barnes (concussion), tackle Luke Tenuta, tackle Rashid Walker and defensive lineman Jonathan Ford will not face the Cowboys.

Barnes was listed as a questionable player over the weekend and was expected to be replaced as the team’s starting inside linebacker opposite Quay Walker if Campbell could play. Instead, Isaiah McDuffy, who was on the bench after making his first NFL start last week, will take over the role.

Behind McDuffie is special teams contributor Eric Wilson, who was pulled from the New Orleans Saints’ practice squad in Week 5.

On Saturday, the Packers announced they brought kicker Ramiz Ahmed and outside linebacker La’Darius Hamilton from the practice squad for this game. This would mark Ahmed’s regular season debut at the NFL level.

He will take over kickoff duties for Mason Crosby, who is playing with a back injury. Debutant, cornerback and returning player Corey Ballantine, who was promoted from the practice squad when Stokes was placed on injured reserve this week, is in action for Green Bay today. Ballantine has yet to play a single snap for the Packers this season.

The Cowboys will be missing two key players: linebacker Anthony Barr, who was taken out of the game earlier this week, and Ezekiel Elliott, who was a game-time decision.

With Elliott out, Tony Pollard is expected to handle most of the work done in the Dallas backfield today. Linebacker Jebrill Cox, quarterback Will Grier, cornerback Nahshon Wright, safety Marquise Bell, and defensive end Chauncey Golston are the last of the Cowboys’ inactives.
